We are a school at the heart of a wonderful community.

The children enjoy visiting the Rendezvous coffee morning. Each month a different class walks round to the village hall and shares their news and work with members of the wider community. They get a drink, fruit and a chance to talk to members of the community about what they are doing at school. They put their work on display and stand up to present what they have done.

Once a term we also invite members of the local community into school to share a meal. Our year 6 children serve the food whilst our younger children sit and provide great company for our visitors.

At Christmas our youngest children visit houses in the village and sing Christmas carols.
