At Ditcheat we feel it is very important to teach our children to appreciate what they have. Each year we consider how we can give a little back to the local community and further afield.

Our MacMillan coffee morning organised by Fods, raised over £200.

The 2022 Poppy appeal raised £28.35 and year 6 hope to beat that this year. Year 6 will lead the Remembrance service at the War Memorial. Year 6 meet residents of the local care home to sing WW2 songs and hear about the war.

At our Harvest Festival this year, our families donated to the Somer Valley Foodbank.
